Cassie turns one!

It's always a special thing when asked to photograph anyone's family but even more so when that family used to be your neighbor. Cassie was turning one and, like most families, getting photos done didn't happen - everyone always has the best intentions, right? I think my son was 9 months old before I had an actual photo of the two of us together that wasn't taken with my iPhone!

We moved and hadn't seen Cassie for several months. Imagine my surprise when her mom, Lauren, opened the door with such a beautiful little girl - complete with a rainbow tutu!
